What We Collect

  • Account information (email, name) via Clerk authentication
  • Workflow definitions (markdown content you create)
  • Execution logs (step outputs, timing, status)
  • Usage data (API calls, session duration)

How We Use Your Data

  • To compile and execute your workflows
  • To provide the dashboard and real-time execution UI
  • To improve AI compilation accuracy (learning loop from recovery history)
  • To enforce workspace isolation (multi-tenant scoping)

Data Storage

  • Workflows and execution data are stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite on edge)
  • Compiled plans are cached in Cloudflare KV
  • Large outputs (>512KB) are stored in Cloudflare R2
  • All data is scoped to your workspace (Clerk organization)

Third-Party Services

  • Clerk — authentication and identity management
  • Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude — AI compilation (your workflow markdown is sent to the configured AI provider)
  • Cloudflare — infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV, R2)
  • Dodo Payments — subscription billing and payment processing (as Merchant of Record)

Google API Services

When you connect Google services (Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) as workflow connectors, we request access to specific Google API scopes on your behalf:

  • Google Drive — read and manage files you explicitly select for use in workflows
  • Google Sheets — read and write spreadsheet data referenced by your workflows
  • Google Calendar — read and create calendar events as directed by your workflows
  • Gmail — send emails on your behalf as directed by your workflows

We access Google data only when a workflow step explicitly requires it. We do not scan, index, or use your Google data for advertising, training, or any purpose beyond executing the workflow steps you define. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and stored in Cloudflare KV. You can disconnect any Google service at any time from the Connectors settings page, which immediately revokes our access.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Rights

You can delete your workflows and execution history at any time through the dashboard. To delete your account, contact us or use the Clerk account management UI.
