Acceptance

By using CFFBRW, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service Description

CFFBRW is an AI-powered markdown workflow platform. You write workflow steps in markdown, an AI compiler translates them into execution plans, and Cloudflare edge infrastructure runs them.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content of your workflows
  • Do not use CFFBRW for illegal activities, spam, or abuse
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass workspace isolation
  • Keep your API keys secure — revoke compromised keys immediately

AI Compilation

  • Workflow markdown is sent to the configured AI provider (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) for compilation
  • AI-generated execution plans are cached and may be reused
  • AI recovery may modify step parameters at runtime to fix failures
  • We do not guarantee AI compilation accuracy — review compiled plans before publishing

Connected Services & OAuth

  • CFFBRW supports OAuth connectors (Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Discord) that you can optionally connect
  • When you connect a service, CFFBRW accesses only the data scopes you authorize and only when a workflow step requires it
  • You can disconnect any connected service at any time from the Connectors settings, which revokes access immediately
  • We store OAuth tokens encrypted (AES-256-GCM) — you remain the owner of your data on connected platforms

Data & Availability

  • CFFBRW runs on Cloudflare Workers — availability depends on Cloudflare's infrastructure
  • We do not guarantee uptime or data durability beyond Cloudflare's SLAs
  • You can export your workflow markdown at any time
  • CFFBRW is in active development — features, APIs, and behavior may change. We will notify affected users of breaking changes

API Keys & Authentication

  • Per-workflow API keys (wfk_...) provide scoped access to specific workflows
  • You are responsible for securing your API keys
  • Revoked keys are immediately invalidated

Limitation of Liability

CFFBRW is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from workflow execution, AI compilation errors, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
